A Note from Christian Le Squer, Managing Chef
« What an honour to have been invited by the SNCF to create a centerpiece at Rennes train station, in this new, modern environment designed by the talented Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku. At Le Paris-Brest, with young chef Benjamin Le Coat on site, we are delighted to enable travellers’ discovery of Breton fine dining and the produce our area has to offer. Our wine list, composed by Master Sommelier Eric Beaumard, features some well-known wines as well as some newly discovered wines carefully selected from our ever so-rich French vineyards. So, whatever your destination is, we hope you will make a fine dining stopover in Brittany at Le Paris-Brest! »
